Introducing Ishmael Joseph: New Technical Director and the CEO of 3D Volleyball, York Region and GTA's premier High-Performance Club, operating in collaboration with Pioneers VC. With 28+ years of coaching excellence,
Ish Joseph empowers youth in sports and life, fostering passion, determination, and achievement. He bridges athletes' aspirations and accomplishments, enhancing physical and mental prowess. His elite training cultivates character, representing pride in self, family, sport, and nation.As a 28-year Elite Trainer, Ishmael Joseph's impact spans 2500+ athletes across ages and levels.
Many have secured medals, scholarships, and acclaim as sports and academic leaders. Ishmael's holistic approach caters to novices and elites, instilling life skills like teamwork, leadership, and discipline. His expertise in biomechanics optimizes training for peak performance.
PVC is a club with teams both based in Simcoe County and York Region.

Our club began in December, 2017.
Pioneers Volleyball Club provides organizational structure for the sport of Volleyball.
PVC will be involved in running programs at all levels both indoor competitive, indoor house league, as well as, beach.
Our goal is to promote and develop each of our players to the fullest of their potential. We pride ourselves on having fair and equal access to the sport and strive to provide personal growth through all our programs. Our coaches are committed to making a competitive yet successful environment for our players to have the best experience throughout their volleyball career. Through personal growth we want our athletes to build self esteem, leadership skills and learn true qualities of teamwork both on and off the court.

indoor competitive
Athletes from the ages of 12-18 have the opportunity to compete competitively with our club.

Our teams play in the Ontario Volleyball Association, competing in a minimum of 4 age level tournaments in Ontario, and in the Ontario Provincial Championships. Many teams will participate in other tournaments, such as, pre-season or a tournament that is an age group above. Our teams practice twice per week following a formal skills continuum we have designed for our athletes.

indoor house league
For boys and girls ages 8-14, starting in October.
Available in Innisfil and York Region.
​
House league is designed to strengthen players core skills and understanding of the game through various skills and games.
​
Players will develop their skills focusing on basic skills ex: Passing, Setting, Serving, Attacking and movement on the court.
​
Games will be be played to incorporate these skills that are learned.
​
House league will be used as a feeder for players who aspire to play at a higher level in the OVA.

sandzone
Sandzone is our beach program located at the Innisfil Recreation Complex.
​
We will be running programs for athletes from beginners to intermediate players throughout the summer months.
​
Beach volleyball is an excellent way for our players and new players to gain experience and different skills that they might not have on the indoor courts.
​
Our coaches will be providing the athletes with specific skill training along with game play.
